  15. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  16. 2 tsp biryani masala
  17. 1 cup yoghurt
  18. 2 sprins mint levels 2tsp milk
  19. 1 tsp lemon juice
  20. 1 pinch saffron
  21. 7 cup water

Instructions to make to make Egg biryani

  1. Wash and soke rice for about 30 minutes. Soak the saffron in luke warm milk.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Over moderate flam.add onions and fry until crispy and golden once done,keep them aside in a plate.
  3. Lightly fry the egg in the remaining oil. Remove and keep aside. Take oil a pan, Add the whole spices and cook till the begin to splitter.add ginger garlic past and saute until the raw smell goes off.
  4. Add chilli and garam masala powder. Saut a just few minutes. Now add yoghurt,Salt lemon juice and mint levels.
  5. Add egg fried,onion, still well and cook on a medium flames until the gravy thickens. Remove it from the and set aside.
  6. 6cup water to boil and the spices and salt.allow it to simmer for 4 minutes. Add the rice and drain it when cook al dente.reserve 1cup of the water. Add half of the rice to the pot. layer the egg along with masala.
  7. Layer again with the remaining rice. Sprinkle the mint levels and the rest of the fried onion. Also pour the saffron soaked milk.reserved seal the pot with a light lid or an aluminium foil.
  8. Place on high heat for about 7 minutes. Place the pot over a girdle on low flame 12 minutes.
  9. Switch off the flame and allows it to rest for another 10 minutes. Open the biryani and serve hot. Enjoy.
