  2. Soya dosa : blend soya flour with puffed rice, water & salt. Set aside for 10-15 mins. Take flat pan. Spread batter for dosa & cook both sides with a generous spread of ghee. U can add cheese slices on top & then a layer of sabzi. This will make it taste like crisp shawarma ;-)
  3. Serve hot with chicken sabzi.
