- 1/2 tsp chana daal
- 1/2 tsp urad daal
- 1/4 tsp hing
- 1 dry red chilli
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sambhar masala powder
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions to make to make Stuffed ANDA Gola Ruti
- To a kadai add mustard oil and hing, mustard seeds,chana daal,urad daal, curry leaves, dry chilli and fry. Add diced potatoes, salt, turmeric powder and mix well

- Now add water and slow cook till potatoes become soft

- Add green chilli and sambhar powder and cook till the water evaporates and the mixture becomes mushy. I usually stuff like my mother does and so keep it dry yet have a curry consistency.

- Now in a bowl take all the ingredients except eggs and mix well. Add eggs and slight water to have a smooth batter not too thick or too thin and cover and rest for 10 minutes


- In a flat pan grease with oil and pour the batter gently. Sprinkle few oil drops on top and once the bottom gets released from pan just gently flip over. Make it a bit crispy as it tastes really good.


- Now place on a plate and put 2 tbsp of masala Aloo curry and roll over. Serve hot with tomato sauce and some aloo curry as well and curd. Enjoy your breakfast
